Integrated payment and POS all in one system. Multiple product types to suit individual needs for businesses. Quick and easy set up and integration. No hidden or unreasonable fees

What differentiates Square for Restaurants from other similar products?
Their support is very responsive and helpful. Anytime I've had trouble understanding an email I received from Square or how to update something on an invoice, I've used the chat feature. Agents are prompt and provide excellent step-by-step instructions to help. If they didn't have a solution, they assured me that they would submit it as a request to development or let me know when it would arrive. Customer management UI beyond the initial transaction is not the easiest to use
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Robust options for creating payment forms and specific fields. Easy implementation and integration in the e-commerce site. Navigating a change like upgrading a bank account to a recurring transaction is difficult. I love Square 's automation and reasonable billing. It also looks very professional for my tenants who pay their rent using my online Square payment option.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Initially, the monthly cost was a bit high for my lower number of users, but my billing was adjusted to the unique needs of my business.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I love not having to keep a payment schedule and not having to remember anyone's payments. I also don't have to save your credit card numbers, which minimizes the chances of problems with someone losing their card number. But I recommend changing a card, and if you add a card and set it as default, it doesn't carry over to transactions already made, and as I noted above, that's hard to fix. You pretty much have to remove the old card and just have the new one on file.
