What differentiates Square Payments from other similar products?
They are very well priced and don’t view those working in the metaphysical field as being “high risk.”
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Extremely easy to set up and adjust as needed. I also love how familiar others are with it. It’s important that my customers trust that their account and payment information is safe and they know it is with Square.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really wish that they would increase the speed of their product updates. 3 years ago I purchased Custom square gift cards for my clients only to discover that the cards can’t be used as a form of pre-payment when scheduling a service through square appointments. It’s something that I and numerous other customers have requested and Square has assured us that they will look into implementing it but as I said, 3 years later and still waiting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely look into using square. Their services are fantastic and if you have an issue, their customer service team is A+.
