What differentiates Square Payments from other similar products?
Square Payments is so easy to use. Compared to its competitors it is so easy to use to process payments for your customers. It is very easy to get up and running. Once you got your business profile up and running it is super easy to add items with pricing, sales tax rates, and the ability to send invoices. It is so easy to train staff to use this and they learn it so quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love all of the reporting. I love that I am able to see reports based on sales by employees or sales by items or sales by day. The reporting tools are amazing and have so many options to allow you to get good information about what is going on with your business.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really wish the fees were flat across all the products like I which the fees were the same for sliding a card versus sending an invoice via email.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for something that is very easy to use, has very low fees, and easy to train employees on then this is the product for you. Square Payments is so easy to use and I love you can use it on the go with their app which is designed and functions very good.

What differentiates Square Payments from other similar products?
Square, a company that processes mobile payments, has a plug-in card reader in the shape of a square. Small businesses can accept credit and debit card payments in person and online with this straightforward method.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For those of us who need to work while on the go, turning our favorite device into a POS is a convenient solution. Many businesses can now accept payments for a wide range of goods and services because of Square's extensive toolkit. As a result, it can go anywhere a company wants it to. The simplicity with which new users can begin sending money is a significant plus.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Our only complaint with Square is the lack of customizability. Square does not charge a monthly subscription fee. To distinguish our statements, we'd like to include a customer banner or a new design.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The first thing that strikes me about Square is that it pays attention to what its customers have to say and is sincere in its desire to better understand how its software should function. They use forums and customer service departments to get feedback from the general public on how to better serve them.

What differentiates Square Payments from other similar products?
Square's point of sale user interface is as simple and intuitive as the come. It's very easy to integrate products with varying features (including shipment types and weights), and make a hassle free sale with our customers. We are able to easily run finance/sales reports at the end of the day, and they're pretty simple to understand for our accountant. Overall, Square makes it quick and painless for us to run our business and easily train our employees (even from day 1) on how to manage the sales - thus saving us a lot of time and hassle.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best part of Square is it's simplicity in it's user interface. We've used other POS systems that are similar, but Square seems to have gotten everything right - down to even the design and color of buttons and backgrounds. We're able to add or remove a product quickly, and change the product's characteristics on the fly. It's simple to train our employees, including new ones, on the POS and have them up and running within 10 minutes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes we need to do more complex modifications to a product's characteristics, and Square isn't the greatest when it comes to these types of unique customizations. We've talked with tech support a few times with these matters, and overall we just have to put the request in and wait for another release date (hoping our feature request is included). We don't run into this situation often, so it's not a huge deal. It just would be nice to have a bit more capabilities when customizing a product, including being able to write complex tables for shipping destination and shipping weights when it comes to bundling products.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend trying Square for anyone looking for a quick and easy way to get a POS integrated. Except for unique customizations, we really haven't had any issues using Square at all. We thoroughly enjoy the simplistic approach, and their customer service team has always been pretty reliable to talk to.
