What differentiates Stackby from other similar products?

It’s highly user-friendly. The API is what Stackby does best. Any information from other integrations can be retrieved, and a tidy data table will be automatically filled out. They support many various data entry types, which is incredibly convenient because you could have many different use cases. Particularly when you combine data from various entries.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The database of template databases is what I adore the most. Although I still have a lot to learn to use it to its best potential, Stackby will give you a tonne of your time back because it is solving so many of my issues with data management. Although excellent, Google Sheets fall short when you try to include data from outside sources. I don’t need any programming knowledge to update prospects’ data in a spreadsheet using Stackby’s third-party APIs; it works like magic. The reason I selected it was so I could build ad hoc solutions for my business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My dislikes for this new product are more of a wish list. The software cannot currently import and match records; it can only append; the user interface could be much better, and it cannot display graphs or dashboards like AirTable. It also has problems when embedded in other websites.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I appreciate the cost, excellent customer service, and simplicity of use. The permissions are flexible, and the ability to link rows and share particular views rather than just a whole workspace, stack, or table provides a pretty fine level of granularity. I particularly appreciate that you may add tasks and reminders to a single row (think Project Management). AirTable does not even have this feature.

The goal of Stackby is to enable anyone to create their own tools in whatever way they see fit by combining the ease of use of spreadsheets, the capability of databases, and connectors with the greatest business APIs. Code is not required. It's beneficial to have the ability to create and preserve custom filtered views of data. In contrast to spreadsheet programs like Sheets, the layout is simple to read.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When it relates to properly arranged rows and columns, Stackby really shines. To make your viewing of your sheets more unique, there are many formatting options available. This tool may assist you in achieving your goals, regardless of whether you want to organize data, develop systems, monitor your sales, marketing, business assets, and the list of use cases goes on and on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It previously caused some Firefox compatibility issues. After some time, I became accustomed to using Chrome. Although there were minor stability difficulties, they are hardly evident. Overall, I really dig it. I miss phase view and being able to cross-reference data from those other tables.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We have thus been looking into several projects and task lists programs because business is booming at the moment. The app we were using before simply lacks the ability to continue to function. While other programs is a standard, Stackby is almost as outstanding in every regard, delivering a ton of customization and functionality, being simple to use and fantastic to keep up with.

What differentiates Stackby from other similar products?

On the contrary hand, it features a beautiful UI and UX that is simple to use and offers a variety of options for categorizing your table. It also provides a ton of useful attributes for creating columns, such as text, number, mobile number, attachment, and so on. Giving permission and sharing a table are also quite helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Stackby is one of the easiest to use apps I've used among all of them. Furthermore, it constantly keeps introducing new features despite the fact that its built-in connections have the potential to make it much more than another cloud spreadsheet store. It's nice because it's less expensive than Airtable. I use it to keep track of applications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At first, when there aren't too many records, I don't have any issues. But now I do so frequently. There are many issues and downtimes because the product appears to still be in its infancy. I do believe they will enhance the product in the future. I continue to use it right now, but I frequently need to backup.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The form view makes it possible to add additional rows without any technical knowledge. Several customizable templates are available.
