What differentiates Staffbase from other similar products?
In my opinion Staffbase has a lot of processes in place to help customers strategically and technically launch their communications platform. The product is very easy to use and the support of their people make the difference.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How easy you can create content for mobile and web. In the backend of the platform you can do a lot yourself to customise and it's easy to create good designs for pages. Their support website and academy helps editors to build on their own.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's an expensive platform which works perfect for communicaton purpose, but and to embed specific features to make it a complete intranet/starting portal for employees you often have to pay a 3rd party.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Create a good team of strategic, creative and IT colleagues to make sure you launch a communication platform which really benefits your employees.
