What differentiates Stampli AP Automation from other similar products?
You can send and approve invoices very easily and quickly. It makes previewing invoices and completing accounts payable much easier. Stampli is an accounts payable management and automation tool. Organization management also uses Stampli to approve departmental invoices and ask questions of vendors, all within the Stampli portal.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When making the software purchase, above and beyond price and features is the adaptability or customization of the software for specific use cases within your industry and company. I also saw potential to use Stampli for procurement request workflows in addition to invoice approval workflows and staff were excited to see that new use of their software and are currently looking to make their software more user friendly and usable for that use case.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The software works very well, but could use some improvements. The chain of approving and reviewing invoices and being able to send them back to the coder is not intuitive and creates a lot of manual work. It takes time to set up.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Your staff is responsive and, if they don't have an up-to-date solution, they look for ways to adapt their software to meet your needs to implementation and currently with troubleshooting issues. Your staff is responsive and, if they don't have an updated solution, they look for ways to adapt their software to meet your needs. It's great that you can attach proof of receipt and send questions to other users. The overall experience with Stampli is amazing. I recommend it for all companies from small to large.

What differentiates Stampli AP Automation from other similar products?
Stampli is an accounts payable management tool. It allows us to process the approval of our invoices for payment with the different departments within our organization and also integrates with our accounting system to automatically enter the invoices. It is also a payment tool that allows us to pay our invoices through Stampli.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The staff is responsive and, if they don't have an up-to-date solution, they look for ways to adapt their software to meet your needs. You can send and approve invoices very easily and quickly. Makes previewing invoices and completing accounts payable much easier. The central audit trail dashboard is great for tracking any issues with vendors or communication between approvers and data entry.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The trial period had limited access to the software's features, which made it difficult to determine if it really met certain needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is easy to use. Also, once an invoice is processed and sent to approvers, you still have the opportunity to verify all information so that the invoice cannot be exported in error or duplicated. The functionality is impressive and is currently being used by the fiscal department as a digital storage cabinet for purchase approvals and invoice coding.

What differentiates Stampli AP Automation from other similar products?
The task of processing invoices used to involve the entire department working manually, which was time-consuming and error-prone. Now, with Stampli, everything is completed in one-fifth of the time and managed by one person.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's easy to use. Plus, once an invoice is processed and sent to approvers, you still have the opportunity to verify all the information so that the invoice cannot be exported with error or duplicated.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be nice if the system also included a copy of the invoice in the integration instead of just a link to the Stampli website; sometimes it doesn't seem to learn as efficiently as we would like, but it is effective.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's easy to upload the invoice via email and keep all approval processes organized and in one place. It will solve all your problems. It is easy to alias all invoices to your accounting software with one click. You will not forget to pay invoices and having Stampli Software in your organization will not be disappointing.
