What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?
I would say cost, ease of use, frequent updates, good support and lots of connectivity options with other apps and systems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ease of use and easy to learn customization ability.
What do you dislike most about this product?
upgrades were a bit troublesome when not on the cloud platform but since we meovd to the cloud they are automatic so no real hates anymore
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
give it a try, ensure someone specializes and takes ownership and undergoes some training on how to customize the system to suit your requirements

What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?
It is awesome reporting that gives us a vast array of segments where we can impact.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Definitely reporting is my favourite feature, but yes dashboard is also cool shows us what matters most to business.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Workflows can be improved with an easy to use UI.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want a CRM with great reporting with all other CRM features then you should give sugar CRM a try.
