What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?
SugarCRM works wonders for consistent lead management and monitoring. One of the most outstanding differences of SugarCRM compared to other platforms is that SugarCRM offers the ability for the user to maintain instant notifications of each request from potential clients, SugarCRM offers an exact notification for each moment when we are mentioned by clients in a social network and also offers us an instant notification for each attention that the client needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the things that I liked the most about SugarCRM since I started using it is that this platform offers a wide variety of ways to communicate with potential clients, offering me the ability to send various emails, talk via call, send a message in a chat shared and also through voice messages. It is surprising this variety to communicate with clients, it helps me maintain a perfect quality of care.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Currently SugarCRM offers a team collaboration system, where there can be conversations between work colleagues in order to streamline the process of administration and attention to potential clients, however, I do not like this system so much because it is a little slow compared to the communication systems of other platforms. Currently SugarCRM offers a team collaboration system, where there can be conversations between work colleagues in order to streamline the process of administration and attention to potential clients, however, I do not like this system so much because it is a little slow compared to the communication systems of other platforms. This system takes more seconds to reflect the messages that are sent, and it does not allow a large number of files to be sent through this chat, which makes group communication difficult.

What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?
What differentiates SugarCRM from other platforms that offer the CRM service is its ability to operate in real time for the processing of all kinds of data in relation to the clients with whom it is negotiating. SugarCRM offers a panel that is updated in real time, and this allows us to visualize all the client's requirements at the exact moment. Many other CRM platforms offer good customer service, but they don't work in real time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the things I like the most about SugarCRM is that it allows me to do a much more complete administration in a single panel. Currently, I am able to manage advertising campaigns and fully manage Email Marketing, while performing activities for customer satisfaction. Customer service is extremely important to me, and it is amazing that I can manage various areas of the sales industry without having to neglect customer service.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I currently have no complaints regarding SugarCRM services, because it is a platform that has met all of our expectations, has provided excellent service to all customers and has allowed us to improve the sales process from start to finish . I hope that this platform continues to behave in this way, so that I can continue to get good results for my entire sales sector.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
SugarCRM is a very easy to use platform, it is quite organized with respect to the customer service sections, therefore, it will be much easier to be attentive to each sales process. It has an exclusive and creative design, which helps users to adapt to the operation of the platform and also allows real-time operation for the sales administration panel.
