What differentiates Sumo Logic Cloud SIEM from other similar products?

Sumo Logic is an integrated tool that provides extensive app and mobile monitoring, identifies areas for improvement, and offers predictive insights that give it a competitive edge.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate how it helps track performance, quickly resolve issues, and create customizable dashboards to set alerts, improving user experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The process of finding root causes can be slow, and some graphs are hard to interpret. The platform could benefit from easier reporting and a more intuitive tagging system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sumo Logic excels in anomaly detection and app performance monitoring, making it a solid choice for businesses. It’s a bit costly, but it’s highly effective once you get used to it.

What differentiates Sumo Logic Cloud SIEM from other similar products?

Best difference I observed was that its log processing is quite good.it just simplifies the logs as help the user to do quick analysis which is very important factor for a SIEM tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can say that Sumo Logic keeps on adding better options or features in its updates. Also its support team is quite good and really helpful and interactive with quick solutions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing major but for someone new to this will face few challenges at start as there are not much resource available over internet to understand its UI and process , except its own website but with time it will be easy to work on.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely as the features it provides is not something similar products offers.
