What differentiates Sumo Logic Cloud SIEM from other similar products?
It is an all-in-one tool for optimal multitasking, including end-to-end app monitoring and several mobile apps. It also tells us where the program needs to be improved. Improving the response times of requests to services or databases has substantially improved application response times; also, in the organization, owing to the identification of http 400 and 500 problems, it has been possible to provide stability to a large portion of the monitored applications. Sumo logic also provides anomaly warnings and prediction, giving it a significant advantage over the competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sumo logic is utilized at my organization to analyze the performance of our mobile and internet applications for our users. We were able to evaluate traffic and its impact on our apps, as well as identify issues and take action to enhance our user/customer experiences, thanks to this analytics tool. I also like how easily we can create dashboards since they can be tailored to the application owners' needs for alerts to avoid accidents.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Having to go a long distance to find the root of a problem, there are also graphs that are incredibly difficult to comprehend at first, and there should be a section where you can make reports on the apps that are looked at inside Sumo logic. This application appeared to be fairly challenging at first, but after working with it, I learned that it is a more advanced sort of APM solution. I disagree with the concept of doing tagging at the agent level rather than in the gui. Labels, I feel, are the most important issue in our organization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Sumo logic enables you to investigate anomaly detection in great depth, which has proven particularly valuable for discovering issues in program development or manufacturing. I'm having a great overall experience with this application and would suggest it to businesses searching for efficient and effective APM software that will definitely satisfy their demands. The product's security is also strong, and you can utilize AD groups to direct particular sorts of users to specific servers. This was generally neglected in the prior appmon implementation. The equipment is extremely pricey, but it is quite simple to operate once you become acquainte
