What differentiates Sumo Logic Cloud SIEM from other similar products?
The ease of deployment really sets it apart and the ability to quickly ingest and correlate large data sets give you meaningful insights of your data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is quick and easy to ingest data from a variety of sources and get to analysis without much hassle and in real time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Could improve some of the dashboard functionality and provide greater options for customisation. It can also take some time to customise in order to get the best out of the product, however the documentation is easy to follow.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Using Sumo Logic provided my team with critical insights into events when troubleshooting services which did not operate as expected. Through analysing the logs and dashboards, we could quickly determine the root cause of the problem and build in alerts to enable us to react quickly to key events.
