I really like the query-ability of the logs - it's quick and the saving of queries is very helpful

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The easy way to save queries and share them with other people

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are frequent service drops without prior announcement

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Compare a few different log providers - logstash, elastic, etc

Ease of use for initial ramp up, relatively intuitive product

What do you dislike most about this product?

Difficult to configure for more advanced use cases, difficult to integrate monitors from other services to create a holistic picture, custom query langauge
