Sumo has a whole suite of tools which let us detect issues as soon as they happened, based on logging.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Log scraping

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning curve is very high. Expect to be a programmer to set it up

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Set aside lots of time to get set up. And then you wont have to touch it much. Maybe want to learn sumo queries

Ease of use, easy to learn, tight integrations, starter applications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a bit pricey, however it covers many more needs than expected. Definitely get value.

Ensure you understand your data ingestion and retention requirements to get a solid handle on the cost of this product.
