What differentiates SupportCenter Plus from other similar products?
SupportCenter Plus packs lots of features which can be used to deliver efficient customer service in brief time. The best features include automatic email replies, auto-assign of tickets, and customer dashboard to track the activities and analytics. All these are packed together in this software application to better serve an organization. We use this application daily providing us with valuable deliverables that include efficient and timely customer response, easy track and releasing tickets, fast paced customer analytics o dashboard. All these features make it more viable for us to use this software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is helpful to structure and organize activities especially tracking tickets and associated requests with those tickets. It is easy assign tickets and requests to a particular employee and track its origin and progress through the whole cycle. It is easy to keep track of backlogs and understand which tasks are still pending completion. It is easy to customize ticketing system for each client and build a flow of tickets which exhibit similar issues Overall, the ticketing and tracking feature is the favorite feature of this product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The biggest drawback about SupportCenter Plus is the dashboard layout. It looks outdated and requires immediate attention for its upgrade. Also, there is a technical issue where certain replies from customers don't get merge with their initial tickets, this creates further issue in solving the issue as it sometimes becomes hard to track those issues. Both the flaws are related to technical issues which require version upgrade from the developers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend this product as it is a high utility product providing multiple functions to an organization. If an organization is looking to improve their ticketing system and require a highly efficient application to do the work, then SupportCenter Plus is the answer to their question. It works smoothly in an efficient environment with multiple work tasks and it provides efficient organizing capabilities to employees to build their work and respond to tickets.

It organizes all customers contact information and keeps it safely. We are able to reach out to our customers and update them on our product and service changes.
