What differentiates SupportCenter Plus from other similar products?
I have been using SupportCenter Plus only to manage our customers information and I have not used similar products before.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It keeps in one place information for all customers. We are able to select the correct channel to conduct our customers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have had great experience from this product since I started using it in our organization. I have not experienced any drawback from its performance.
