What differentiates Swapcard from other similar products?
Swapcard continues to innovate and stay up to date with the latest virtual event trends while staying at an affordable price.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is being able to copy events from year to year and keep accounts from previous attendees in the platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They took a while to get their own streaming platform within Swapcard to allow for in-house virtual panels.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely try the backend for yourself and ask questions on how this product can be used for your event needs.

Fantastic product. Easy to use, but a bit pricey.

What differentiates Swapcard from other similar products?
As soon as the crucial quote-to-cash procedure was automated, Swapcard noticed a benefit. "It's wonderful. In terms of data collecting, financial flow, and awareness of our current situation, the effects were immediate. We click a button, and five seconds later, everything is visible," Guillaud explained. "Today, our systems can communicate with one another. The information is more accurate and the data is cleaner. We can put our attention elsewhere. In favor of greater time for analysis and decision-making, we spend less time ensuring sure it is accurate. It is magical.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Iniwave has been able to keep up with the rapidly expanding business by being able to create integrations quickly and hand them off to Swapcard to handle. "One of Celigo's best features is how quickly you can put it into use. As things change quickly and we can easily implement a new procedure with Celigo if we just have a month to do so, this enables me to add additional value, said Guillonchon. The business is thinking about integrating with HRIS software and payment processors in the future. Guillaud remarked, "With Celigo, everything was smooth." This is a huge relief because all the hard work is now paying off.
What do you dislike most about this product?
During the past few years, Swapcard's growth has averaged double digits each year. Yet, as a result of that expansion, the business deployed dozens of software, including Quickbooks and Zoho Book/CRM, across numerous accounting teams in different nations. Because of this, the company was unable to see its cash position, had to deal with human errors, and had its accountants spend 95% of their time on activities unrelated to analysis and reporting. Further complicating the company's capacity to offer complete, correct data across all systems was the adoption of Salesforce, which required a high level of customization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We noticed outcomes immediately quickly. It's wonderful. In terms of data collecting, financial flow, and awareness of our current situation, the effects were immediate. After pressing a button, everything is visible after five seconds. We now have systems that communicate with one another. The information is more accurate and the data is cleaner. We can put our attention elsewhere. In favor of greater time for analysis and decision-making, we spend less time ensuring sure it is accurate. This is magic.

Highly customizable, can be a big learning curve

What differentiates Swapcard from other similar products?
Swapcard facilitates you working with a variety of other providers "out of the box" to enable your perfect experience - i.e separate badging or registration. You're not locked in to using all their products, which gives a lot of flex.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very simple and intuitive front-end UI makes for easy onboarding of customers/users. Customers always love it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some back-end functions are falling behind, and need attention. i.e you're unable to delete emails, which results in a very messy way of managing comms sent through the platform. It doesn't connect to Ga4, and the reporting in platform is based on very big tabbed excels. Not ideal.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are so many functions available, it can take a while to onboard an inhouse team to feel confident using the app. Give yourself a good runway to avoid rushing, and pay for the support project manager package they offer if you want speedier onboarding.
