How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

A must have, but could be better
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Tableau from other similar products?
Tableau is a fantastic tool that we use on an almost daily basis. It offers a great UX (user experience), far superior to the competition, and it's also aesthetically superior.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's simple to use and there are tons of tutorials available. I love that I can get something up and running in no time and it's relatively beautiful by default, no need to tweak a lot of things to have something decent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not really made for collaboration. It fails on that end, as it's slow and unreliable when it's time to work collaboratively. I also miss the possibility to connect easily to non-relational databases.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You can't go wrong with it, but there are other better-priced options if you want to have an integrated solution. However, this is a must-have product and you better evaluate it and learn how to use it!
Pros
- Unique Features
- Inspires Innovation
- Respectful
- Includes Product Enhancements
Cons
- Vendor's Interest First
- Under Delivered
- Less Efficient Service
