Drill down and export capabilities. That I can export data from almost any screen as an Excel, PDF or CSV file is amazing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That I can present data to all levels of users without spending hours and hours developing different dashboards.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cost - what else. I wish it was free.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look at other products first, then Tableau - that will allow you to see how much more bang for the buck you get.
