What differentiates TeamDynamix ITSM from other similar products?

The customization features along with the automation make it very powerful. In addition, opening it up enterprise-wide is a big win for our whole organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The support team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Once in a while there is something to be enhanced, but that can happen.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We were slow to implement, but that was on us. Most implementations would happen much more quickly.

What differentiates TeamDynamix ITSM from other similar products?

The licensing structure is cost effective compared to many other ticketing applications out there. Lots of capabilities to use in Information Technology, Human Resources, Shipping & Receiving and more. Our organization greatly appreciate the day-to-day functionality of TeamDynamix!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customizable desktops and modules for useability and organization of your work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Native reporting isn't as robust as we would like it to be. You cannot get very broad with the native reporting, which is why our organization pays more for direct database access to be able to do direct queries to expand our reporting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

TeamDynamix may seem like much more than organization may need, but you can always start small with just basic ticketing. Our organization has been using this product for over 10 years, and are just now starting to use more robust features likes web services and workflows. There's more that TDX has to offer, but you can always use it for very basic needs.
