What differentiates TeamDynamix ITSM from other similar products?

We were happy to find the integration of TDX from scratch to be flexible and scalable, allowing us to build and pace the rollout around our organization's comfort level.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

TDX has continued to add features and functionalities that are clearly based on customer feedback since day 1 of our implementation. This gives us confidence that the solution will continue to evolve with the industry and grow alongside our institution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our team found the UI design to be limiting at times and left us looking for enhancements in this area in the future.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your homework on what resource you have to devote to both the rollout as well as administration afterwards. While features and configuration options of any solution can be tempting, the people devoted to making such a system work can ultimately determine success.
