What differentiates TeamDynamix PPM from other similar products?
TeamDynamix PPM is easy to configure, maintain and is user-friendly and have most of the functionalities for ITSM. Also, project and portfolio managements capabilities are also pretty good. TeamDynamix PPM makes tracking and reporting tickets and projects easy and has multiple layers of built-in automation out of the box.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
TeamDynamix PPM is a great and powerful project and portfolio management software which is quite easy to use. The implementation was technically good and well organized. TeamDynamix PPM is web-based, has clean design, highly customizable and TeamDynamix PPM's knowledge base is amazing. I do love the application since it is truly fitting our needs and is completely fulfilling our expectations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think the self-service form can be improved by including some calculations and a shopping cart.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
TeamDynamix PPM is amazing, fantastic and helpful. I recommend it.
