What differentiates TeamDynamix PPM from other similar products?
TeamDynamix PPM contains many features used from the time a project is conceptualized till its completion. In addition, its features enhances portfolio management to ensure that programmes and projects are completed within the set time frame, cost and scope thereby avoiding their stall.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has customizable templates which enables the user to use any of the templates in a design that they best understand. Another feature availability of both contemporary and traditional methodologies. This gives chance to people who understand either the recent project management methods or the traditional ones. This means that when both groups are working on a single project, they can integrate their work thereby forming an effective collaboration where both teams can learn from each other.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its designs limits the user such that despite working out in Ms Project, one has to adjust their work to fit in the platform's design. This may be difficult to do especially where a project involves many steps whereby missing one may be problematic to the rest of the project.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Change the aspect of customer's work fitting in the platform's design. It should have adjustment options such that a user's effort is not diluted once they start entering their data in the platform.
