What differentiates Teamwork.com from other similar products?
Teamwork offers a lot more features than I have seen in other project management software. Clients can be added, along with associated projects and tasks. Clients can even be tagged to group them together and reports can be produced about clients and time spent, ideal for evidencing work completed. As manager it's very easy to see my teams level of productivity (and who fills in their time sheets). So it's easy to be accountable at all levels, both internally and externally.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One useful feature is the ability to open a task and start a timer. While working on a task leave the timer running and stop it once the task is complete (or you stop working on it for a while). The timer logs the time spent down to the minute and there's no need to try and remember in retrospect how long was spent on a task.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly it can be complicated. Once tasks are in a time sheet, I can't see a way to remove them so its very full and actually makes it difficult to log time after a while.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend getting in touch the the company if you are stuck with anything, they are very responsive and happy to offer advice on using their product. They are even willing to jump on a call.

What differentiates Teamwork.com from other similar products?
Teamwork has some great features but it takes a long time to train and get people up to speed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Logging out of it
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not intuitive and is difficult to find things in it within. There are too many different places for people to comment and that makes collaboration difficult. Plus, the reassignment of tasks and the notification does not seem to sync with the way people think of work flows.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try before you invest time, money and resources. There are many other products that are less money and way easier for your team to use
