It's a "Amazing Project Management Tool."
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Teamwork.com from other similar products?
The program is less expensive than others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The project management tool is teamwork. As per the requirements, I was able to create, allocate, and manage my work. Among the features I appreciated most was the ease with which I could export my project from several project management systems. Furthermore, I was impressed by the project's UI/UX.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In my opinion, Teamwork is among the greatest apps I've used. That's why I believe the team should focus on improving the tool's user experience (UX).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a company grows, so does the need for teamwork. Most project-related issues may be dealt with by companies adapting to the needs of the project.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Trustworthy
- Unique Features
- Efficient Service

Very Customizable, Easy to Get Lost

What differentiates Teamwork.com from other similar products?
Teamwork's project and task list organization puts a heavier emphasis on long form text (in my opinion). While other products (JIRA, Trello, etc.) all accept long form txt as well, I found that Teamwork was the easiest place to tell a full story. Some of that is due to better text formatting tools, but a fair bit of it was also due to the other areas you can have within a project (ex: useful links, general notebooks, etc.). The tool allows each project to be much more of a 'here's everything you need to know about XYZ project', rather than just a list of tasks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The tools outside of the general tasks lists (media management, notes, links, forecasting, budgeting, etc.) made this feel much more friendly to the average user. These features helped me customize the projects I worked on without assistance, and in a way that made sense to me. It also made me feel like I could send a link to someone else, and they could acquaint themselves with my project with minimal guidance. The API capabilities of Teamwork are also excellent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I found Teamwork to move slower and have a less intuitive interface when compared to others in the market (Jira and Asana, in particular). Where I found that I could fill out fields and tags to communicate info at a glance in these other tools, I felt like Teamwork was much more manual and the tagging system was lacking.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The type of work you do should play into the management system you use. I used Teamwork for work with multiple clients, and each client had their own project within the tool. We then connected that to our internal client management system, as well as attached it to request forms and ticket tracking tools. Because client relationships run deep and are custom, the extra context you can show in teamwork (links, contracts, notebooks, retrospectives, etc.) is super helpful. But for teams where everyone knows the goals of projects (ex: in-house marketers and engineers), those advantages might not really matter.
Pros
- Saves Time
- Helps Innovate
- Friendly Negotiation
- Reliable
Cons
- Commodity Features
- Slower Product Innovation
- Less Inspiring

The everyday tasks are made very easy with Gantt charts, time tracking, milestone achievements, it also helps to integrate with the existing accounting software in company, reports, and invoices. You can have and handle almost everything at this platform. The integration with other software is also very effective and easy here. In simple words we love it!
