What differentiates TeleTracking Facilities from other similar products?

Vast variety of reports you need to follow up on all concerns. Real time data and the ability to organize tabs to arrange your screen to customize what you would like to see in which order.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We do like the data being derived from the application. Although, some of the data is very difficult to obtain and the tool to display is dated.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing really it's great just need to get used to it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

TeleTracking is more than a patient flow solution, it is an operational necessity.
