What differentiates Telnyx from other similar products?

Support is stellar, it's a platform for developers but with a little learning curve any business owner can figure it out. Reporting is great. They also gave me credit for feedbacking to them which is ALWAYS a plus in my book. Shows that they appreciate you. I have no idea why anyone would go with Twilio now, especially if you want to scale. I cringe at the cost of SMS sometimes, so I can't imagine going with Twilio.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reporting section. It has helped me find a few lost numbers, as well as delete a few numbers where delivery has failed. I'll just be wasting my money on those and lowering the standard of my toll-free number.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The sales team doesn't respond. I've submitted in at least 3 questions and gotten no reply. But this is not a big factor though, I just switch to the general CS team and get responses, generally from Klane. He's the best.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it! You'll get some credit if you're referred to try Telnyx or there will be a promo code. It's very generous I think, and you will be very happy with it.
