By allowing users to record and playback tests easily, TestComplete empowers teams to automate their testing processes more efficiently and effectively. It can save significant time and effort while ensuring thorough test coverage. Plus, the visual and keyword-driven approaches to test creation make it more intuitive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It challenging to navigate without proper training. Also sometimes I experienced performance issues with larger test suites, leading to lagging and slow response times during test execution. The cost of TestComplete is also on the higher side making it a barrier for smaller organizations with limited budgets.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Invest in thorough training for your team to fully leverage the tool's extensive features and to address potential performance issues, keep your test suites organized and avoid excessively large test cases, while regularly updating your test environment and optimizing your test scripts for better efficiency.

There is small install on the systems so it is easy to manage. It is also easy to ensure the data can be separated.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If the app is out of date, nothing works

An administrator must be decided at the beginning of the setup or it will not work well
