What differentiates The Predictive Index from other similar products?

The service by far. It's not only intuitive, accurate, and supported by YEARS of research, but has the best service in the industry. The response time is immediate, the understanding is amazing, and the fact that their employees really know the product and service is more than most organizations today.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The service, but in the product itself, the behavioral reports are incredible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cognitive feature--we don't utilize it due to the lack of support from managers. I'm not able to set up the requirements for each position on my own, so we skip that part.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do it! Highly recommend, particularly the team I work with.

What differentiates The Predictive Index from other similar products?

The work behavioral assessment is one of a kind and incredibly helpful with hiring. And using the same assessment for team building and employee management is a wonderful resource.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The interview guides and job assessments. You can align PIs to a specific role and really tells a story of what the PI means for each candidate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The website is not as easy to navigate - it feels dated

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Explore the PI assessments by having you and your team take them and the see the validity.
