Easy to use and implement.

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
It's by far one of the easiest Endpoint products to install and implement. I'm not claiming it's the best of the best, but if you need a good, reliable endpoint product that doesn't require you to bend over backwards in order to implement, it's hard to beat Malwarebytes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's ease of use and implementation is the best. Malwarebytes has always been consistent in this area throughout the years and with all their products. I'm happy to see that continues.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The price CAN be a little high at times, but some of the advantages compensate for that.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Malwarebytes is a good, solid choice, especially for smaller companies or those with smaller IT departments. Its ease of use and implementation means you don't need to spend much time or money on getting it installed onto your systems. You don't need much experience with IT to use it.
Pros
- Performance Enhancing

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
Malwarebytes is on the playing field all by themselves, they continue to innovate and take the lead in many technological needs and features which makes it very comforting for an it manger.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The anti-ransomware rollback feature is an exceptional feature and we check that daily to make sure we are good on it, there is only a 3 day rollback period so we always need to be on top it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike the fact that there is only a 3 day rollback for anti-ransomware, not sure why but i figure it should be at least 30 days. Another dislike is the inability to not be able to block websites.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are considering switching endpoint response systems, ask for the trial and deploy it to the problem users and sit back and watch Malwarebytes do its thing. you ll be amazed at all the junk it blocks and quarantines. you ll be glad you did.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
I have zero frustration deploying, using, and creating reports with this system. It is almost too easy to manage my assets and events.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The dashboard and inventory screens are amazing and very helpful so I can't say either is a favorite over the other.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven't discovered that yet. Although, occasionally, we may have to manually install the client, but that's a rare occasion.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I've used the personal version for as long as I can remember and this version for our city just blows me away by its ease of use (including deployment, management and remediation, depth of integration, available information, and reporting capabilities.
