What differentiates Trakstar Hire from other similar products?
Their Interview scheduling feature is amazing. It saves you time and money. Most ATS don’t offer this feature and make you pay for another software that take care of this need.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Their interview scheduling, offer management and Collaboratice hiring features. It’s way easy for together with my team thanks to these features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The price is a bit high, and a had to go to a short call with them to find out the prices, because they don’t share it in they website.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re paying for an ATS and a interview scheduling software, meet Trackstar Hire! Both needs solved in one place.

What differentiates Trakstar Hire from other similar products?
Not sure they have any strong differentiators

Integration with calendar. Avoids and highlights duplicate profiles
What do you dislike most about this product?
I hate that when an interview is scheduled, I see two invites on my calendar, HR has to set up two slots to each candidate. Only one of them will have meeting information Not much changes in terms of new capability
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Gets the stuff done. But there'a a lot more that can be done. For example, stamp a percentatge match (using AI) on each profile that comes in on the basis of how much it meets the requirement. More user testing. Face issues every now and then where I'm not able to even login properly and it goes in a loop
