What differentiates Trakstar Hire from other similar products?
We originally selected Trakstar because it was flexible enough for our unique business without breaking the bank. It saves us tons of time and is a great central repository of data that we refer back to often.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the email functionality. We recruit 3x per year and will get hundreds of applicants every time. We interview many of them and Trackstar helps us keep track of everything quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really wish they had a better mobile option for taking notes on candidates on the fly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're still using Excel, you need to upgrade to a product like Trackstar - it will change your life.

What differentiates Trakstar Hire from other similar products?
For someone with little Recruitment/HR experience or responsibilities, RecruiterBox was easy to use. I have stumbled around other products the purport to offer the same thing, and I found RecruiterBox much more intuitive to use, so I was able to see value sooner.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
User interface was pretty straightforward, and for someone like me who isn't always using tools like this, it's easy to use it sporadically and instantly be able to orient yourself to where to go to find and do what you need.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Menu structure wasn't always convenient.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
RecruiterBox really helps with managing the creation of, posting, editing, and removal of consistent, clear, and compelling job descriptions to draw the right candidates to open positions and easily manage hiring tasks. As such, it's great for organizations that may not be large enough to have a dedicated HR teams, or have many people needing one platform to update/change/adjust recruitment content.
