Intuitive task management tool
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Trello from other similar products?
The simple format of the cards allows you to immediately understand the status of your task. As you can talk in the application, it is easy to follow the progress of a task. Kanban I have used for the first time, but first of all, it is easy to understand. You can instantly see what you are doing, what you are doing, what you have finished, etc. by simply separating the columns. Even if you use it with other people, you can talk about the card you have written, so it's nice to be able to continue without losing sight of the progress of the task.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A task management tool. It is very good that it has excellent operability and can be used intuitively. It can be used in a variety of situations, such as individual task management, team task management, and progress management. To be honest, I think only the free version can be used considerably.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish it had a unique chat function. It seems to work with chat tools, but sometimes you don't have an account.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I like the simple and easy-to-see Kanban. I used to collect things to do in my notebook, but I've switched to this. You can see at a glance how the task is progressing because it simply moves the cards into rows according to their status. Thanks to this, I no longer use my notebook. There is a PC version and an app version, so it can be completed anytime, anywhere, checked, and updated. It is very convenient, so we recommend you to try it for free.

Ideal for the management of multiple projects

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?
Tagging and attachment are included in the board list, the strength of Trello is precisely this feature. The point is that the outline of the so-called project, incidental materials, people involved, and their records are covered and organized. I don't think there is such a convenient service to understand the scheme and the whole project. We used it as a tool to organize delivery materials and for some time as an internal order management tool for a project.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very excellent as status management in case the problem is returned, the specific effect and status that can be resolved. The user interface, which makes it easy to understand and organize project materials and details at a glance, has made it easy to transfer. Tagging and attachments are included in the point list.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Improve the comprehension of maps and diagrams to facilitate the view of the project as a whole.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is the best tool for managing cases where there is back and forth. For example, a request is made between departments, but the side receiving the request responds to the requester due to deficiencies. If the project is a project that happens on a daily basis, it is a very strong ally. If it is too early to build an internal system, I highly recommend it.
