What differentiates Trello from other similar products?
Trello is a software that differs or distinguishes itself from the rest because it is based on an extremely flexible and balanced system, because it provides the user with a simple and friendly interface with functions that make it possible to classify everything in an organized, personalized and secure way. It gives the user a work methodology based on Kanban, which gives the user a superior visibility of all the tasks they want to carry out. On the other hand, it also allows you to work collaboratively, which facilitates the management of tasks and projects at the business level, also brings different plans from the free to the business so that you can choose which one is the most suitable for
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Of the characteristics that Trello offers my favorite is how easy it is to use it because any user can go to this software regardless of whether they have knowledge or experience in this type of tools, since it is only necessary to drag and drop. The fact that it is based in Kanban gives us a vision of everything we have to do from one place, making it possible to keep track of the tasks, as well as assigning them to other members so that progress is made quickly and in a way organized in each project, that is why by allowing all this it becomes ideal for collaboration and to be able to talk and even visualize the status of each task.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Trello does not bring features such as Gantt charts, time tracking, progress reports or billing, so when it comes to carrying out large scale projects this can be a limiting point.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend the free trial of this software before purchasing a paid plan, since in this way you can visualize each of its functions and be sure that if it is what you really need to manage your projects.
