What differentiates TrueDialog from other similar products?
I don't know enough about other products to say.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It does what we need it to do for now cost effectively and the support team is friendly, responsive, and helpful
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't know much about it outside what we currently use it for. It would be nice if it was easy to group inbound/outbound sms data from conversations together.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Engage the support team with questions or if you need help and you'll be taken care of.

The technical-side of sending SMS messages and the reporting.

Ability to easily segment contact lists.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No mobile platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly consider whether you need a mobile platform. It's very cumbersome to log in to the web-app via a browser on your phone to see if you have received messages and to respond to them (message alerts often do not come as emails).
