What differentiates Twilio MessagingX from other similar products?
Quality uptime and the speed of message delivery is what differentiates Twilio MessagingX from every substitute out there. My department has made use of Twilio to deliver messaging contents practically on a daily , over the past three year period and never has our automated messaging engagement with users ever been affected by slow message delivery or even downtime.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Twilio messagingX integrates with the most important messaging apps and channels in our geographical business location. This ensures that we are able to reach customers and sales leads on any social media messaging platform, where they have a presence. Of course, customers and sales leads have always engaged better with our automated interactive messaging, when contacted on their social media channel of choice as against on standard sms messaging.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Because of how Twilio has been for my marketing department, when it comes to message content delivery , both on traditional (and ) and on non-traditional channels ( Facebook, Telegram , etc) , I am surprised that Twilio hasn't introduced standard management dashboards that enable us run our Twilio marketing activity the way we do with emails. That is , access to real time granular analytics on how end users interact with our message contents and also access to segmentation controls and triggers as well. I hope the Twilio team somehow introduces this in the nearest future.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For professionals and companies looking to expand their real time end-user or customer interaction beyond just emails, Twilio messaging X is what I recommend.
