What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Visual Workflow Designer is an absolute beast in the sense that you don’t need to be a coding whiz to get stuff done.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The licensing structure can be confusing. I mean, there are different tiers for different capabilities, and if you’re not careful, you can end up either overpaying or finding yourself limited in functionality
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don’t just jump in and start building bots. Know your workflows, identify the bottlenecks, then automate smartly. It’ll save you a lot of time reworking things later

UiPath Business Automation Platform has been a real eye-opener for us. What stands out about UiPath is how it streamlines repetitive administrative tasks—something we didn’t even realize could be automated in a construction setting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Something that I didn’t expect to appreciate so much is the bot-building capability. You don’t need a coding background to set up bots that automate things like scheduling and reporting. We’ve even used it to automatically update our project timelines based on input from different teams.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be tricky to figure out which processes are worth automating. Not everything in construction fits neatly into a digital workflow
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I’d recommend UiPath to anyone who’s ready to streamline the backend of their construction projects. It’s not the flashy tool you show off to clients, but it’s the kind that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.
