What differentiates uPerform from other similar products?
I am a big proponent of uPerform. I utilize it on almost every project and everyone raves about it and learners love to use it. There is a large learning curve for business users who create uPerforms and we have run into some technical issues but product support is always helpful and kind.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how unique it is and that it provides a way to deliver kinesthetic learning to the masses without a lot of overhead.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish their e-learning feature was better. I would like to get rid of our e-learning software but uPerform is just clunky and outdated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take the time to understand how to use the tool to the benefit of your business. Set up business rules around templates, publishing and revisioning. Do these things before you get started. Do not use this as an LMS. Its not.
