What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Totally user defined, you can implement all of your business logic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes calculation takes longer time, this is frustrating. But there are ways to do performance tuning which reduces the calc time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Best in market product, integration with Symon AI (down stream) and other upstream application is easy.

What differentiates Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) from other similar products?
ICM is a great tool for end to end compensation management. It offers pre built compensation management flows built on AI which is very reliable and ideal to use for any organisation who want to same time on this area
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspects of this tool is it's integrated dashboard that offers a clear picture of sales as well as the compensation and variable components. That gives any user a holistic picture of the current revenue state of the organisation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I absolutely love this tool for its offering but feel that the documentation on its usage are very sparse. That can be improved a bit.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend this tool for any organisation who are looking for a cutting edge compensation management tool.
