Minimal IT resources required! Easy to learn!

What differentiates WalkMe from other similar products?

We've only used Bootstrap, and that requires IT resources and heavy lifting. With WalkMe, we have builders across the business with zero IT knowledge/skills. Being able to train someone to use WalkMe in a matter of weeks, is a huge win!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Solutions can be offered in many different ways.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The dislikes are due to our implementation and the proprietary websites that we use WalkMe in.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If possible, the person(s) implementing WalkMe should only be focused on WalkMe. If they have to split their time with other responsibilities, it gets harder to reap all the benefits that WalkMe offers. Especially because WalkMe is frequently launching new features and functionality.

What differentiates WalkMe from other similar products?

WalkMe is such a complete solution, with an extensive rule engine and amazing support and training options.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the amount of different WalkMe tools that are available. You can really design a cohesive and complete training experience for the users, and then use Insights and analytics to measure success.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do find one off bugs sometimes, but always work with support to resolve them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

WalkMe is the best DAP on the market, Have your use cases and anything important to you prepared for your demo call, to make sure everyone is aligned on what you need. The training courses are endless, as well as the supporting events and webinars.

What differentiates WalkMe from other similar products?

I have not seen any similar products to walkme, it is highly innovative as an overlay program and proves to be very dynamic to the user needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tooltip "Smart Tips" are highly helpful and are an easy way to implement guidance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is limited functionality, I would love to see more advanced HTML5 capabilities in the future.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Really consider the audience and UI space you want to implement Walkme into. Make sure you have enough room for overlays, and that the background coding may be stable enough to be read by Walkme.
