What differentiates Webex Calling from other similar products?
Cisco is a leader but much of what is offered here is available in other platforms. Name brand is what you are paying for here. If that's important, then this might be the product for you. Places already familiar with Cisco will feel at home.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It just works like it's supposed to, which is great.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is too expensive, pricing is complicated, not simple to select and purchase independently.

It's a good contender, compare it with a few other options to decide if it is the best for your needs.
