What differentiates Webex Calling from other similar products?

This cloud-based platform is great for keeping in touch with internal and external customers, through calls that work seamlessly instantly; It is also easy to implement and has easy-to-learn features and options, so it doesn't take a lot of knowledge to get started quickly with the product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can store the desired documents in a coordinated way with the other members of the company, which allows for group product criticism in the development phase. Its implementation and execution is very easy; in addition to providing excellent service. All communication with customers is effective through chat, calls and the great way to share screen.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since its implementation, it has made our work easier in all the departments of the organization, so we cannot complain about any function it has, all have done their job. We have done excellent with Webex.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Implementing this tool in your company will allow you to have constant monitoring, allowing you to know the status of other users, being able to know if they remain online or if they remain in a meeting. You can connect from any device, so you would save time because you start it at home and easily continue it at work.

What differentiates Webex Calling from other similar products?

Cisco Webex is simple and easy to use compared to similar products and provides more value for the cost. There are also more integration options and more participants per meeting compared to other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cisco is an excellent resource and was very easy to learn how to use. I particularly like the ability to require registration as well as a complete a submission form to prove attendance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface could be updated and modernized a bit.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Anyone who would like the convenience of meeting virtually or hosting webinars online would benefit from Cisco.
