WebEx calling is really awesome technology.I can able to communicate with my client or my colleagues any where and any countries with good audio quality.this is my cloud phone.

What differentiates Webex Calling from other similar products?
It is integrated with ServiceNow to record audio of the calls and while creating tickets the audio is attached automatically to the ticket. This is the best tool I have ever used for corporate calling.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SSO is enabled and I do not have to login daily unlike Cisco jabber.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface can be a bit better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Integrate all the webex applications into one to avoid confusion while choosing them.
