Webex is a basic tool that our vendors use with us. In some ways we have no choice but honestly, there are better products out there.

It is simple to use for those that are not techies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It feels a bit slow at times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It has potential but potential but there just yet. Give it time, I guess.
