What is your favorite aspect of this product?
it can access all of the benefits and features of Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Webex Calling while making voice calls from within Cisco Webex Teams. It features an enterprise-class IM engine which supports unlimited group and private messaging and straightforward directory search for finding contacts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its website version is provides a substandard user experience as compared to the app version.

This product provides a wide range of features that are very helpful and the integration aspect makes it easier to work with the product because there is no need to switch from one app to the other.
