The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

WebExpenses: The End of Spreadsheet Suffering!
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Webexpenses from other similar products?
Expense management is one of those tasks that no one in IT—or any department, really—looks forward to. Before WebExpenses, handling reimbursements at our marketing agency involved chasing down paper receipts, deciphering messy spreadsheets, and trying to align them with our internal cost codes. WebExpenses changed all that by providing a streamlined, cloud-based system that even the least tech-savvy team members picked up quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What stands out most is the mobile app. It’s intuitive and cuts out the need to hold onto physical receipts. Plus, its integration with our accounting software ensures every transaction syncs automatically. The mileage tracker is another bonus—it’s helped our sales and marketing teams easily log client visit expenses, and we use it for tracking on-site IT visits.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the categorization rules can be too rigid, especially for one-off IT expenses that don’t fit neatly into predefined templates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
WebExpenses is an easy recommendation for any organization struggling with expense management. It’s reliable, user-friendly, and cuts through a lot of the admin noise that bogs teams down.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing

Unlike some tools that take ages to process, Webexpenses instantly uploads and organizes expense data, which is a lifesaver for fast-paced teams.

I’ve used it to snap and upload receipts during conferences, avoiding the dreaded end-of-month expense pile-up.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It works fine with the basics, but if you’re looking to sync it with niche financial tools or CRM systems, you might run into some walls
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
set clear policies on how to use it—Webexpenses makes submitting easy, but without guidelines, it can lead to inconsistent entries.

Managing Expenses with Ease
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Webexpenses from other similar products?
Webexpenses lets me set up multiple, custom approval paths for different types of expenses. I once set up a unique approval route for project-related expenses vs. day-to-day office costs, and it handled them without any hiccups.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There was this one time I was traveling for a client meeting, and being able to submit expenses from my phone made the reimbursement process ridiculously smooth.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I found myself exporting data and manually tweaking it to get the level of granularity I wanted. It’s functional, but not quite as deep as I’d like for some accounting-specific needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re okay with doing some manual adjustments for in-depth reports, then go for it
Pros
- Reliable
- Trustworthy
- Effective Service
- Saves Time
