What differentiates Webexpenses from other similar products?
The ability to take a picture of a receipt and it easily recognise the amount being claimed, making it simple to claim back without having to remember exact amounts yourself.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Your ability to separate claims by whichever category you wish. I choose to create new claims per month. I know others separate by type of expense, which I think is a good idea too.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the claim adds the amount on the receipt, even after you’ve manually added the amount to be claimed yourself.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Plan the process of how you will implement Webexpenses and check feasibility, I.e. who will be claiming expenses, approving expenses, paying expenses. Then trial and see if it suits you! Whilst getting to grips with it I called the support team who were extremely helpful and also watched some videos which were again very helpful.
