What differentiates Workday Learning from other similar products?
I like the concept of the platform provided by Workday - everything is in one place. I also love how the software tells you what actions you need to take. This aspect of the product has been the most useful and intuitive to me - especially since the badge icon is provided when something needs to be done.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Quite satisfied with product delivery and ease of deployment. Module delivery is seamless and like our old system, which is good not to confuse the users but with better quality. Having Workday as a source of employee data and training modules is really great. It's amazing how a simple tool can help us manage all the human controls at fingertip.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although I like the concept, I don't like using Workday. It looks like there are 100 different pages going back and forth every second and it's not visually set up.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Organizations needs continuous learning and Workday learning just serves the purpose, blindly go with it.

What differentiates Workday Learning from other similar products?
We have had smart} experience thus far on LMS, Social Learning collaboration and skilled service so i’m rating it as 4. Alternative areas are good however i feel the ones i discussed are very up to the mark and satisfactory. Workday HCM permits businesses to manage global groups right from hiring to retirement. Users will use modelling options and charts to structure, manage and visualize their entire organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy integration, training, and use. Advancement automation is wonderful. Workday’ interface is pretty straightforward to use and navigate. I’ve ne’er had a tangle using Workday to finish learning exercises. It’s a decent platform that simplifies tasks and learning for our organization. I favor the user friendly nature of the platform. If a platform is no user friendly it makes it troublesome to be told from day to day.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It was tough on behalf of me to generally edit my hours since i might often mistakenly build wrong time entries into wrong date. Workday is usually difficult and you need to know the system well to understand the way to navigate it. The interface can be somewhat slow-going for an additional advanced user. To learn however it works takes time. We had to go through several weeks of coaching and a few of the older staff were still in the process of learning.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure it’s the right appropriate coaching required at your company. Otherwise, it’s an excellent product and is so promising.

Ease of use, but once you get knowledgeable of the system.

It's really complicated, it might be a Ferrari for our needs of a less complex call.

Please learn the system, it's complex, but a good complex and worth knowing how it works.
