The comments section of this software is not much organized and it does not support much file formats which makes it very difficult for client to share the information. Plus, it is hard to master as it has too many features to understand.

Integrations are great, and the calendar capabilities are really helpful for us in communicating externally on what our team is working on as it can be downloaded on mobiles and we can remotely work from anywhere.
