Workvivo's features and functionalities can be complex or overwhelming, particularly if they are not accustomed to using similar digital workplace platforms. Providing comprehensive training and support resources can help mitigate this challenge.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Offer comprehensive training and onboarding sessions to ensure that employees understand how to effectively use Workvivo's features and functionalities. Provide ongoing support and resources to help employees navigate the platform and address any questions or challenges they may encounter.

What differentiates Workvivo from other similar products?

To achieve this, we use Workvivo's survey tools to periodically poll our level 1 and 2 support staff. This helps us evaluate the effectiveness of our knowledge bases, ticketing workflows, and internal training around common issues. For instance, a recent Pulse survey showed that over 60% of respondents felt that we did not have enough documentation to troubleshoot virtual desktop connection failures. This is a significant issue in the new hybrid workplace.

VoE participation incentives are somewhat limited, and reporting dashboards still need enhancement.

However, Workvivo provides an invaluable continuous listening capability for process refinement. Our first-time resolution and customer satisfaction (CSAT) metrics have consistently improved since we started using technician feedback programs. Workvivo's employee experience platform allows me to create and distribute surveys easily, capturing valuable insights from employees and driving continuous process improvements.

Workvivo facilitates communication with the company's broadest audience. All updates related to rewards, activities, campaigns and information are easily accessible on the platform. It works as a complete solution for all information within the company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Currently I don't have any dislikes with this application, it turned out better than other platforms.
