Project Management Beast

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
Unlike Trello, which is more visual but lacks depth, or Asana, which can feel too rigid, Wrike strikes a good balance. It’s built for tracking tasks, approvals, and deadlines—without turning into a chaotic mess
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Instead of getting feedback scattered across emails and Slack, clients and teammates can comment directly on images and PDFs. I can upload a design, they mark up changes in Wrike, and I know exactly what needs to be adjusted.
What do you dislike most about this product?
options that I don’t always need as a designer. It’s powerful, but not the most intuitive. Also, notifications can get overwhelming if you’re involved in multiple projects.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It keeps revisions, approvals, and deadlines in one place. If you’re a solo designer or working on a small team, it might be overkill
